WASTE INCINERATION

EES offers a range of high-combustion incineration technologies. Waste incineration is a very effective way of reducing waste – by up to 95% – reducing the demand for landfill space. Incineration plants can be located close to the area of service, thus reducing the cost of waste transportation.

Nizwa Hospital

Incinerators are an effective method for the treatment of clinical and certain hazardous wastes as pathogens and toxins can be destroyed by the high temperatures.

EES currently has 37 incinerators operating at different locations (predominantly hospitals) within the Sultanate. These incinerators vary in burn capacity, ranging from 25 kg to 45 kg per hour, and are capable of burning continuously, depending on need.

Some of our international partners include:

Facultatieve Technologies (UK)

(formerly known as Evans Universal)

Facultatieve Technologies has 130 years of experience in incineration, and is a world leader in the design, correnstruction and maintenance of incineration equipment.

Facultatieve Technologies is able to supply various incinerators based on need of incineration by weight per hour, as well as specially designed incinerators that can run continuously, such as hospital incinerators.
